November BSG Challenge! Progress last month, Goals for November Brilliant Scarlets

I can sum my Progress in October in just a few words. Miiserable Failure! I have not made any progress at all. If anything I have back slid almost completely.

This month my goals are very simple. Get back on track with nutrition and hopefully push my exercise up. To push up my exercise requires that I keep doing what my doctor says. I don't have trouble finding time for me, myself and I. It is actually finding things I can do to keep myslf active will be the challenge. I am moving in December so there is quite a bit of packing to do.

    It seems as though many of us didn't do well in October. It's good that you are following what your dr says. Moving those boxes will burn some calories for sure. Good luck with getting everything packed for your move. I know you will have a better month this month! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Debbie, I also had an unsuccessful month, so I am back to square one, too. I think it's a great idea to get back to the basics of better nutrition and more exercise! I am with you all the way! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    emoticon on not allowing October's "not so good" results to put a damper on your November's goals. great idea to listen to your doctor and take things slow as you ease back into your routine.

    You are doing what is needed to get back on track. What a good reminder to follow what your dr. is telling you. - that will keep you going - slower than you want, perhaps, but definitely in the right direction. I'm with you in this. emoticon
