I AM really thinking about morning workouts....I'm just not there yet.
I like waiting till the end of the day. At some point I would like to get
up and WO first thing in the morning. Reading all these articles it makes
me feel like I am missing something that will turn me around. I do feel
great about getting my WOs done right now and even though it's later
in the day it working for me right now emoticon

    Do what works best for you!! We all have to figure out what works best for our own bodies....that's why I hate it when people try to tell me that they know more about what is best for my body.

    I think you need to do what works for you! I just read an article on here about the benefits of the PM workout. I think the best workout is the one you do consistently, regardless of time. Hang in there!
