I AM really thinking about morning workouts....I'm just not there yet.
I like waiting till the end of the day. At some point I would like to get
up and WO first thing in the morning. Reading all these articles it makes
me feel like I am missing something that will turn me around. I do feel
great about getting my WOs done right now and even though it's later
in the day it working for me right now
