So after a really good weekend managed 10,000 + steps each day, today is a bummer, the weather is wrecking havoc on my joints, little better this evening so I'm hoping tomorrow will be great. Little off on food but I'll survive tomorrow is another day, and I'm done for today.

Have a great night my friends!

After a good week, your body probably needed the rest anyway. Hoping today is better for you.

It's good to take a break every now and then. When I was working out in overdrive I ended up having to take a break for my dad's funeral and I couldn't get back on the horse because I felt as if I had to jump back in at full speed.
