The past few days I have been feeling ill after dinner. At first, I thought I was eating too much but have cut down on quantity and the feeling is still there. I am drinking water with my meal, which could make me feel really full but oy. It is not pleasant and I am not sure what to do to fix it. I do have stomach issues and have been very stressed out lately, but I don't really think that is causing all the problems. Any ideas? I am having pretty healthy meals - lean meat, veggie and carb and eating early enough that it has time to settle. Or so I think.
