Chocolate Milk FYI

Did you know your favorite childhood drink could still be your favorite adult drink? Personal trainers actually recommend low-fat chocolate milk as a recovery drink because of the protein and other nutrients it supplies. It is also rich in calcium and vitamin D, which fights osteoporosis, and if you mix your own using unsweetened cocoa powder, there's even evidence it aids the cardiovascular system by reducing inflammation. Plus, you always looked good with a mustache.

    I love this! I have even seen events start to have this at the end of the race. I have to say it does make me feel like a kid AND i do think it helps!
