Flare up but I'm still going to workout!

Right now everything hurts from the fibromyalgia and the lupus but I'm still going to exercise. I think it will help with the pain. Nothing to strenuous. I'm going on the elliptical trainer for 30 min (not full out, just at a nice steady pace) and I'm going to do my yoga for 30-40 minutes. I can't let this ontrol my life any longer. I have to take my life back. I've dealt with pain for a log time and this is no different. I'm sticking to the guidelines of what to do during a flare up so everything is low impact.
November is a new month with new possibilities! I refuse to sit on the sidelines anymore. My goal for November is to lose between 5-10 pounds and keep it off! Through healthy eating and exercising!
