My Cure For Period Cramps!

Monday, November 04, 2013

This blog might be a little T.M.I. but I HAVE to share this! I've always had really bad period cramps to the point I cant walk. Sometimes I have to call in sick just because my cramps are so bad. My mood swings can be a bit embarrassing too because I'll cry for no reason randomly. for years this has been a problem of mine I felt like I couldn't control... until now.

Ever since I switched to a cruelty free lifestyle (Vegan) I've gotten absolutely NO cramps or mood swings. I feel better than EVER while on my period. I have energy to workout, to play with my dogs, and go to work. This really does feel like a miracle that I cant explain.

If you are interested in a vegan lifestyle, I recommend you watch this:

Cutting the glutens down/out helps with MANY body issues we have all just gotten used to dealing with.

I have endometriosis, so I have AWFUL cramps as well. I leearned that if you take a bit of Ibuprofen, along with Pepto Bismol..... no more cramps! it's fantastic!

Glad you found something that works for you as well!

I have never considered a Vegan lifestyle. But I think I might now, because I've been dealing with lots of digestive issues and doctors don't seem to know why. Thanks for sharing.
