What can I do this week to improve my appearance?
- Drink lots of water!!!
What can I do this week that will increase my energy?
Try my hardest to get 8 hours of sleep in
What sports, exercise, or other physical activity can I do this week to improve my fitness? When and how often will I do it?
-Walking and Zumba or Taebo (put more effort into it)
What can I do this week to boost my self-confidence?
stop being so hard on myself and remind myself that i am not perfect and everything around me has to be perfect in order to reach my goals
What actions will I take this week to improve my health?
-limit my computer and tv time. Also try to cook healthier dinners!!
