Sadly I have little Spark enthusiasm at the moment - for weight loss or worthwhile exercise. I can truthfully say that stuff has been getting in my way but I know that really I'm just making excuse upon excuse.
I have at least managed to maintain the loss from my time on the Spark Solution Challenge and I will be forever grateful to that book which I still consult regularly - unlike the many other diet advice books gathering dust on my shelves. Plainly all I need to do is up the Spark Solution process and I should lose the remaining 10lb to reach the top of my healthy BMI range. My aim is to do that by Christmas although I'm not going to put any pressure on myself in case I put myself off the whole thing.
So no big Spark re-start - I'm just hoping to plod on with effect - and also to chase round after neglected friends whom I've missed in the past months

    I can echo AUNTB63 and New-Caz's comments about having already done part of the plan. Now take small steps for the rest. Try the 10 minutes a day trick. I'm doing that part now. I find that getting in ten minutes is a lot easier to do. In fact I'm going to do it right now! emoticon Be back soon.

    Have to agree with AUNTB63 Sonia,! You've done the hardest part and having been away a while it makes sense to make baby steps- it's surprising how little it can take to have an enormous effect.

    You don't need to re-start....just start from where you are. Commit to just 10 minutes a day of exercise. You could get that in just by marching in place while washing dishes or getting up at every commercial that comes on the TV while watching that Monday night program. Eat an extra fruit each day for a week.....you can build up that momentum just by making small consistent changes. emoticon emoticon FORWARD.
