Maintain not Gain Challenge

November 4, 2013… and I got through Halloween without a scrape or a scar! For me, Halloween often starts the two month food craziness! I joined a challenge at our local gym to "Maintain and not Gain". Had an official weight in a couple of days before Halloween and the next official weigh in is just after New Years. I would actually LIKE to lose instead of maintaining. However, if all I do is maintain it would be better than my typical GAIN during the holidays! I can do this! GO JUDY!
