Considering I went on vacation for 10 days, October turned out pretty well. I owe that In part to the Spark Activity Tracker. It doesn't track everything exactly as I would like it to, but what it does do, it does well. I took it with me on vacation. It holds 2 weeks of data, so it was nice to get home and watch it upload all of the walking and the workouts I did in Vegas and not have to manually add it. Normally I would just skip it and not worry about getting credit for all of it. Also, it is motivating to get that little sparkly Glow Getter award. Short story, I'm glad I didn't send it back and I now see how it can be an adjunct to my fitness regimen.

Now the fun stuff! I just celebrated 5 years of 60 pound weight loss maintenance...in Las Vegas. We have gone every year for Halloween for the past 10 years...and this may have been our last trip....but who knows? We sure had a blast!

It sure is fun to LOVE having my photo taken instead of running behind the camera like I used to do! It's also fun to not be the least bit worried about the little bit of weight I gained on vacation. I know exactly how to get it off...what a GREAT feeling!
