Positive energy

Sunday, November 03, 2013

I am a believer! I don't think my beliefs should be forced on others and I believe God works in everyone's lives in His/Her own way. I am also a believer in energy and prayer.

I believe that positive energy creates positive things and negative energy can make one sad, anxious, angry, confused, etc. So I am trying to keep my energy up and to focus on all the positive energy that others are sending my way. I am dispelling the negative and not allowing it to effect me.

Thank you for the prayers and positive energy concerning my "situation." As always, I appreciate you all.

You go girl!!!! keep that positive energy flowing. From experience, yep I am way older than you, Many times people in my past that created trouble for me were simply jealous. I think you are one cool chick and she is simply jealous! Take the high road as hard as it is, as you know what happen and hold the truth within you.
I hope you are feeling better...stress can be so wicked.
    Do have a great evening.

Great job keeping positive. This is a lesson I have worked so hard to teach my daughter. People like being around positive people. You have the power to change everything...YOU just have to believe and always find that silver lining. Good for you!! You are such a positive influence to all of us here!!!

In the difficult time I'm in, I still hold on to my positive waves. I've set an example 3 years ago and I won't let anyone take that away from me. Stay strong!

Positive thinking leads to a positive attitude and a positive life. Keep believing in yourself, and don't let your situation ever hinder your personality or ruin your day. I know it is easier said than done, but sometimes we have to try hard not to let small things dictate our lives.
Negative people and situations are all around us. Keep hanging in there, and you will triumph. Whenever you want to vent...come here. We will all listen.

This is going to sound crazy, but of all the things I learned in therapy, this works every single time. We are taught to tighten our pelvic muscles (Kegel exercises, anyone?) If you consciously relax those muscles, you will almost immediately feel the anxiety and tension leave your body. It is some primitive, physiological thing with the fight or flight response. So when you are trying to stay positive, also stay relaxed "down under".
