And I needed it..

Knee was a bit swollen from all the dancing I guess, So we sat around, read the paper, and watched tv.

I did go out to tutor and that was fine.

New kitty is adjusting well...old kitty not so much. Keeping an eye on them...

Boy it was bitter driving home..time to get out the warm clothes!!!

Have a good week! emoticon

I heard that if you put a dab of perfume at the nape of their necks that helps. And be sure to ice your knee after exercise, if that's what your doctor recommends. The swelling is a signal that something's going on.
    Have a great day!

I hear ya - I'm having an issue with a muscle in my thumb area.......what a nuisance!

With that cold weather yesterday, rest was definitely the order of the day!

Hope your kitties adjust to each other!

My sister bought a heater that's supposed to keep the metal around it from getting too hot. I'm not really sure about how that's going to work out, so I'll probably keep the young ones away from it.

I'm glad you had a restful day; sometimes you need to take a moment, recharge the batteries.

We added the electric blanket to my half of the bed.
We were at senior college for most of the day. Set up a classical pianist performance, added refreshments and after the concert my walking buddies had a wonderful supper, Baked Balsamic Salmon, Grilled asparagus and Tomato wedges and a big helping of Broccoli.

Pat in Maine, I hope you iced your knee, emoticon emoticon
