There is a difference between hoping and doing. I hope to lose 8.5 pounds by the end of the year, but 'doing it' is a struggle. I am on Day 7 of my 10,000 daily steps streak. I added Saturday pickleball to my weekly exercise. Even if my weight loss is slow I am pleased I am increasing my strength and stamina. I am planning a 10K on Barnston Island this week.

This week we are tracking fiber and to do that I have to use the nutrition tracker so that is another 'doing it'. Yesterday I had 33 grams, today 35 grams. Love baked beans!

    I am with you on the baked beans. I am glad that you are getting your fiber in because it isn't always an easy one to get without supplements!

    Keep up the good work! I've found that when I increase my exercise my weight goes up for about a week and then comes down. I read somewhere on SP that it has to do with water in our muscle fibers. I don't worry because once it goes up it does come back down! So keep moving! Glad the fiber comes easy for you! You'll shed that 8.5 before the end of the year I'm sure of it!

    That is great on the fiber! It's an area I really need to work on. Good job on the 10,000 steps a day. I'm trying to do that too.
