There is a difference between hoping and doing. I hope to lose 8.5 pounds by the end of the year, but 'doing it' is a struggle. I am on Day 7 of my 10,000 daily steps streak. I added Saturday pickleball to my weekly exercise. Even if my weight loss is slow I am pleased I am increasing my strength and stamina. I am planning a 10K on Barnston Island this week.
This week we are tracking fiber and to do that I have to use the nutrition tracker so that is another 'doing it'. Yesterday I had 33 grams, today 35 grams. Love baked beans!
