Wow I could hardly believe my eyes when I got my e-mail with my weekly report. I love my spark tracker. It has really motivated me to be more consistent with my walking plan. My goal was to walk at least 10,000 steps 5 days a week. Feels wonderful to be able to see that printed out and to see my success especially sense I was feeling so defeated because I failed to eat on plan this week. Now instead of complaining about failing once again I can be proud of what I accomplished. That is a great feeling emoticon
