I am going to start off this blog by saying I am grateful for:
1. Sports Tape
2. My Chiropractor
3. My Acupuncturist
4. My Physiotherapist
Since July, I've had my leg injury flare up again, I had an inner ear infection which made me very dizzy and just recently I've had five ribs that refuse to stay in place. Thankfully sports tape has worked wonders and I can't speak highly enough of using sports tape on injuries. My leg is better thanks to my physiotherapist. The ear infection still causes me some grief from time to time.
I have felt frustrated at times the past few months on not being able to workout like I wanted but it gave me an opportunity to focus on my eating. I bought and read new cook books and worked on my art journal. I did what I could do and that is all matters. Finding out my scale was broken was a great relief.
