Goals for Nov 4th to Nov 10th

Sunday, November 03, 2013

I'm going to work one week at a time. I need to get back to the basics. I need to get back to the small steps. I've been feeling overwhelmed and the only way that I know how to get back to a really good place is to set small goals and try to keep those in mind.

1. Ride the stationary bike 3x
2. Do 10 minute pilates video 1x
3. Do upper body workout 1x
4. Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water daily
5. Brush my teeth after dinner so not to want to eat sweets and increase calories

Five goals; this is doable.

I like how specific you are with your workouts. That way you know what you have left to do and a clear plan laid out. Great goals- you got this!

I love the brushing teeth idea. I do that after every meal.

I need to do this too. One week at a time with each. I changed my tracker to show how many pounds I need to lose to reach goal instead of the same loss of so many pounds over and over again. One way or another dearie, we'll do it and we will do it!!!

Weekly goals are my thing too emoticon
I usually floss to keep from snacking after dinner.
