I'm going to work one week at a time. I need to get back to the basics. I need to get back to the small steps. I've been feeling overwhelmed and the only way that I know how to get back to a really good place is to set small goals and try to keep those in mind.
1. Ride the stationary bike 3x
2. Do 10 minute pilates video 1x
3. Do upper body workout 1x
4. Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water daily
5. Brush my teeth after dinner so not to want to eat sweets and increase calories
Five goals; this is doable.
