First off a big THANK YOU to everyone who posted to my blog "I need some support" I really needed to hear from you, it helped me control my anxiety. So after all that today I was down a half pound. This week I am not going to weigh everyday. Just Sunday which is the day I post my results.

Now for some really good news, My cholesterol is down 60 pts (that's what I'm calling it) from my last blood test in June! emoticon. It is still high but much better than it was. My a1c for diabetes NORMAL! Last time it was pre diabetic. Dr wants me to continue doing what I am doing and she is sure the cholesterol will be in the normal range.

So lets keep going dear friends with the support of this community and my determination I know I will win! I know we all can win. Thank you for being there for me emoticon
