Motivation

I have been really down. I have lost my motivation. I had a moment yesterday when my son wanted to give me a ride on a four wheel and it would not go. But having problems with PMS symptoms. I did walk yesterday and today I did 10 min abs, 10 mins upper body, and 10 mins lower body. But not feeling it.

    Sometimes you have to go through the motions, even when your not feeling it emotionally. Sometimes those ten minutes of walking can help lift your spirits.

    emoticon for sharing just how you feel...to me this is always an important first step in turning things around!

Here is what I do when somebody ask me to do something I don't really want or even feel like doing......I think he takes care me 24-7 you HAVE to give him time too! I have 24 hours and what is one hour for him so that I can give back something.....this journey should not be my way or no way....besides when I have followed this little rule I really gain more than I could ever lose!!!!

Hope this helps but baby steps eventually cover the same distance as giant steps!
