went crazy on saturday

Started off with a 5 K and placed 2nd in my age group
Thrilled and thought this was a great start.
Then terrible eating decisions.
Potato chips
candy
ice cream
today 4 pounds on but suspect and hope tomorrow they will go back down somewhat.
I guess I needed to just eat and really taste something I normally don't eat and just throw caution to the wind
Today I made my version of cabbage soup???? It,s not bad but oh my???
Finshed windows ironing curtains, and now on way out for more projects.
Back to eating strange and hope for the best.

    Eating foods that you ate regularly at one time shows you are normal. I've been eating a piece of Halloween candy daily. They are much large pieces of chocolate than I usually eat. I buy Hershey Kisses or miniatures for my chocolate fix.
You are really doing well with a 5 K. I just walk not run.
