I'm not sure if I'm making the best choice for my pre-workout snack. Actually, that's a lie: I know, from past experience, that this faux-bologna wrap is a bit heavy if I want to be out and running in the next half hour (which I do, because the local cupcake place has a special today, and they close at 5. What? I'm going running, and it's just going to be one cupcake. Promise). It's what I'm craving, and it's kind of my own fault for waiting too long to eat. So, we'll see what happens.
In other news, I'm going to start the 5K Your Way program again, as well as catch up on week four of the two SparkPeople jump starts I started a few weeks ago, but got derailed when the internet went down. For the 5K thing, I know I said it's cold, and I hate running on treadmills, but I feel like something in me snapped over the past week. I don't want to "lose" to the wintery weather, and so I won't.
Anyhow, I need to eat and then head out.
