Great! Reasons to work out?

As I sit taking a break from a tour, with my injured toe sore, being unable for the current time to fully work out- the reasons to work out are not hard to imagine:
1) makes me feel better both mentally and physically
2) stress relief
3) quality time for myself
4) creates reasons to spend time with friends
5) I look healthier when I am consistently working out
I am not punishing myself for my inability to work out. I am walking in short spurts at a leisurely pace. And my toe is healing. One small thing that has a big impact, but it does not mean my quest for fitness ends, it has just taken a slightly different path

    That made me think, there is so little reasons to workout, and so much to not:)
So that's another reason to work out - be better then most!
