Day 1 Week 2

I only lost 1 pound last week, that didn't make me feel too good, but I know why I didn't lose more. I was eating snack-like foods at 9 and 10 at night on some nights of the week (like 2-3) My new rule is no snacking, or eating past 7. Some days it's hard because my husband works overnights 3 nights a week, and I get bored watching TV. I end up turning to food .. it's a bad habit I want to break. I also need to be working out more during the week. My plan is to buy Playcare at my gym so I can go workout and take the baby with me, while the other kids are in school. I go to my sister's on Monday's so we can walk together, then on Tuesday's I spend the day with her, we walk, do weights, Yoga, some cardio and we get some girl time in. On Wed & Thur morning I walk with my mom, and then the rest of the week is a bust, so my goal is to do all that this week PLUS, on Monday workout before picking the boys up from school, on Wed & Thur same thing, then on Friday after dropping them off at school I can workout. That's a good week of working out. Also, maybe I will switch my Weigh-In days to Saturday's because Sunday's are not very forgiving on the scale. My food plan is to have a Slim-Fast and fruit for breakfast, a Slim-Fast for lunch, a Luna bar for a snack, a LC or a WW meal for dinner and then a either WW dessert, or a NF pudding with light Cool Whip. That's about 1200-1500 calories a day (depending on my workout) .... Hopefully that will show me a better number on the scale. Also, I took my measurements today .. which I hadn't done before.
