Maintaining my Loss

I started Ideal Protein in July and lost over 30 lbs in ~2 mos. I've been maintaining that loss +/- 5 lbs. Most of the fluctuation is water. When I notice a few pounds creeping on, and go back on ph 1, I often am able to drop 10 lbs in a few days to go well below where I was maintaining. This additional loss is only shortly lived as it is also merely water weight (there's no other explanation for such a loss/re-gain). Body fat percentage has also stayed consistent, which is the true indicator, along with body shape and what the clothes tell me.
I still use the protocol, for the most part, for breakfasts, and lunches. I stay away from the majority of processed sugars/carbs, but enjoy some at times, usually when eating out.
I have researched alternatives to IP and am switching to a much lower cost product, because let's admit it, the protocol is as expensive as it is effective. If your interested in the brand I've gone to and/or the results PM me.
