After a long spell of not quite following my lifestyle change, I think I have my head on straight. The games your mind can play on you is unreal. I've read some blogs that hit home and I'm happy to say I'm on track.

I hadn't exercised in two weeks and my diet was the best for those two weeks. Lots of things happening in my life. The biggest was the threat of my husband losing his job. The threat is still there but for now he has a job.

I'm committed to a half marathon at the end of the year so I'd like to lose a few more pounds before the big day.

The good thing is I didn't gain any weight.

    im trying to get back on track. it's harder than i thought. i do good when im at work but its harder once i get home or when im out and about
