I set my weekly goal of:
counting calories and measuring portions
moving. I don't know what that will be yet but as long as it's active and moving I am counting it as a success. I will define it more later.
Lots of soul searching this week. I can do this.

    emoticon goal ! The best thing I did on here is logging in cals. At first I thought, that's too tedious ! I don't have the time, but with making favorites & saving meals it gets much easier & really gives you some insight into your intake & makes you accountable.

    Soul searching, yes, I can certainly identify with that feeling. I hear your frustration, Friend, but I hear your resolve, too. Perhaps we tried to change too many things at once, and perhaps "easy does it" is the better road for the present. It's great to see that you're still here - me, too. :)
