Better late than never I suppose. Let's start off with how my October goals went:
Officially weigh into the 140s
Finish week 5 of C25K. I got sick and I'm on W4D3
Avoid ALL candy before/during/after Halloween
Squeeze into my pirate costume. Bonus - Ren. Fair gown fit.
Complete a wellness exam at my new doctor's office.
Teeth cleaning. Because I was sick it's rescheduled to Nov 21
Meh. Could be better, could be worse. Being sick really fudged up my goals.
I was looking through my Pinterest pins and found a basic strength training routine that I would like to do at least 3 times a week. The other days I would like to increase my cardio to 1 hour sessions. I'm going to melt these last 7 pounds off my body.
Reach goal weight of 135 lbs
Do strength training workout at least 3 days a week
1 hour of cardio 4 days a week
Somehow get through Thanksgiving...
I remember last year's Thanksgiving. I was on a diet then and lost about 5 lbs. No one had noticed. I had caved and got drunk the night before. I spent all of Thanksgiving taking short naps while cooking/cleaning the house because I was the host. Barely made it through dinner. I'm not sure what we're doing this year. I've been trying to avoid my in-laws all year because of various reasons and they are going to be in Paris this year during the holiday. My parents will celebrate but you know there will be alcohol flowing. At this point, I don't know. There's also the 5 hours I'll be in a movie theater November 21st for the double feature premiere of Catching Fire. I'm just going to concentrate on getting my workouts in.
