emoticon I was down 1.2 this week. My goal is one a week. No sense trying to starve myself to reach my ultimate goal. I need to work on this nice and easy. Ok maybe easy is the understatement of the year but taking it a bit slower and just being glad for the changes going on is something I really need to focus on besides the scale.

I got a new fitbit flex from a wonderful friend for "Christmas". I know it is early but this gift she thought I would love now. I do love this little bracelet that tracks my sleep and such. All activity and everything. So I set my spark tracker aside for a bit to give this a try. The cool thing is I can still use Spark to track it all. I just love sparks nutrition tracker better than any I've tried. This is awesome. I think I may see if my daughter wants to use the Spark activity tracker for a bit. That Christmas gift was a win win for all of us.

Moving forward one pound, one meal, one day at a time.

    Loved your blog! Weak moments DO make us stronger!!!!!
I bought a cheap tracker yesterday and it doesn't sync to the computer or anything. I'm test running it before I go in for the fitbit flex!
