When you just don't think you can, keep going! Getting through those weak moments is how you become stronger.

Positive thinking will let you do everything
better than negative thinking will.

emoticon I was down 1.2 this week. My goal is one a week. No sense trying to starve myself to reach my ultimate goal. I need to work on this nice and easy. Ok maybe easy is the understatement of the year but taking it a bit slower and just being glad for the changes going on is something I really need to focus on besides the scale.

I got a new fitbit flex from a wonderful friend for "Christmas". I know it is early but this gift she thought I would love now. I do love this little bracelet that tracks my sleep and such. All activity and everything. So I set my spark tracker aside for a bit to give this a try. The cool thing is I can still use Spark to track it all. I just love sparks nutrition tracker better than any I've tried. This is awesome. I think I may see if my daughter wants to use the Spark activity tracker for a bit. That Christmas gift was a win win for all of us.

Moving forward one pound, one meal, one day at a time.

Way to go on the weight loss Michelle. Loving your attitude, that is the attitude of a ''winner."

Loved your blog! Weak moments DO make us stronger!!!!!
I bought a cheap tracker yesterday and it works.....it doesn't sync to the computer or anything. I'm test running it before I go in for the fitbit flex!
