Chptr 12, Days 64-71

DAYS 64 - 70
I've been back from vacation for a week. Spent the week MIA from Spark, exercise, food plan. Off track. My slacking has come to an end. I'm back.

DAY 71
Now comes the hard part. Action. Groan. I have a million and one excuses ready and waiting. I'll not use a single one of them. It's time to treat my body better. Much better.

DAY'S POSITIVES
Enjoyed wonderful time with family and friends last night (yes, food, too)
New week....new day....opportunities await!
Back on track mentally....."just do it!"
Cold weather, but dry for walking

Hit the pavement as soon as I see daylight.
Get foods planned for today

Hopefully a visit to see the grandkids
