Why Some Are EXTRA TIRED Today

Sunday, November 03, 2013

For those of us who do not use an alarm clock to wake up and do not have the physical ability to sleep in, IT'S NOT TRUE! There is NOT an extra hour of sleep to be had! Instead the day will be an extra hour long. That is a bonus in some ways and some ways not! I will NOT be going to bed at 7pm to make up for it, though a nap today may be in order. This is not a complaint, this is simply an acknowledgement to prepare me (and all of you) for any slight extra fatigue and to show that *I* understand where you're coming from! (Just in case that helps at all! ie, You're not alone!)

I am actually so glad I live in Arizona and we do not recognize the day light savings time except on a few reservations. I just feel bad for the family members on the West coast I will probably wake up thinking it is the same time! have a great day!! emoticon

This is so true. My body ignores the clock, sleeps only when it wants to...so I'm tired at both times of the year when we change the clocks. I too will be ready for bed at 7 tonight. emoticon

Rather than use the hour for sleep, I am choosing to use it wisely today. I will have some pure "ME" time and no guilt about it. emoticon
