1) Japanese food tonight = no weigh-in for a couple of days. Even when I keep within the calorie range, I'm always up a couple of pounds until I lose the water weight. Blah.
that being said --
2) I did that 100K challenge in October, after purchasing little Sparky mid-month. So, I figure that I can probably do 150K steps. That's my steps goal for November.
So there. If I put it out into the Universe...
