i see some people still buy smart ones pizzas or lean cusine pizza. and i just want to say that i make mini pizzas with fresh dough and they are SO MUCH better!! They also are a lot cheaper. I have a yeast dough recipe that i got from martha stewart i believe. It does have white flour it's not wheat. It makes at least two weeks worth of pizza. After it rises i put half in the freezer and half in the fridge. Every time i want a pizza i cut off a small slice of dough, roll the dough so it is thin and top with a measured amount of cheese and sauce, protein source or veggies and bake it in the oven.
The dough is really easy to make. Takes about 15 minutes.
