I finally got motivated to lose weight. Over the spring and summer I was doing great. I lived at the gym. I went on vacation with my family and that's where I fell off the wagon. I went to the gym twice since July. It's time to get back on track. I've quit smoking and now it's time to lose the weight.

    I know its hard to stay motivated , its like two steps up and one step back , but at least we're moving , I try to stay active by doing something every comercial break when watching tv. A few toe touches and side bends , or some lifts with my resistance bands or even watch tv on my stability ball. This keeps me feeling accomplished without even going to the gym. However I do enjoy water arobics and since the cool weather is here, I must get back to the indoor pool soon , cause those holiday calories will surely catch up!
