Not a bad day, but a better day tomorrow

Saturday, November 02, 2013

I did overeat today while entertaining with friends, but I did have a lot of fun as well. I still managed to come home late and get in 60 minutes of exercise tonight. It was one of those days where all I did was snack and graze all day. Oh well tomorrow is a new day and a new beginning. emoticon

The learning process is just as important! You knew what you did and are better for it. Being accountable is just as important! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Occasional slip-up days can be rejuvenating! Start fresh tomorrow and don't worry about the past.
