planning ahead for a better week

Planning my activity on my weekly planner, going to walk at least 3 days. Also logging ahead the meals I can, I usually have the same two things for breakfast, so that meal is easy. Also downloaded the sp app to my phone so I can alwdays have access. Looking forward to a better week.

    Pre tracking exercise is a great idea, I need to start doing that too. Thank you both for the encouragement.

    I have been trying to pretrack foods and exercise. it makes it easier to stick with my plan.
