Compared to September, October was a rocking success for me. I met all of my goals and lost 8 pounds, in spite of some (run-of-the-mill) challenges.
Unfortunately, the last few days my attitude and outlook have been - frankly - rotten. I know this is all about how I am looking at things, and if I CHOOSE to look at them in a positive light I will feel and act more like the joyful person I want to be. But knowing that that and applying it are two different things. Thankfully there are practices that I can use to make improvements.
So with that in mind, my goals for November are:
- Update my SparkPeople status daily with something I am grateful for;
- Practice yoga twice a week (I have not been keeping up with my practice lately and I am suffering for it.)
Deep breath. Remember that the universe is abundant.
