I didn't blog yesterday, but I did track my food and ate pretty good all things considered. It was a gorgeous day, so I ended up running 5 miles instead of 3 and I got to run with a friend, yay! In the evening, my boyfriend and I went out to dinner and then to Walmart...what can I say, that's how we roll. Lol!
Today I did my boot camp video and 20 minutes of Kickboxing. It was a nice, easy day...very relaxing. Tomorrow should be nice too, I've learned to love days to myself.
Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-long run (10 miles?) And boot camp video
-eat consciously and track food
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed by 10
