Well the other day I was reading and commenting on different blogs. I came across one where they are going to do a 100 miles in November. So, I borrowed her concept for November. I decided as of today that I'm going to have to up the miles, because just today I did 21 miles between various exercises. Plus, I like to challenge myself and bring myself out of my comfort zone from time to time. I'm my biggest competitor. So, I'm going for 400 miles for the month of November. My miles will be log for walking, jogging, cycling, treadmill and elliptical. Some days will be more challenging than other, but I'm going do my best to reach my November goal. Keep It Moving!
