I know I haven't posted in awhile with respect to my Eat Clean Challenge. Well, the results are in! I've lost 2.1% body fat. Yes, I've only lost 1.8#, but I've lost inches.
Additionally, I completed my first Half Marathon. I couldn't believe it. I had to walk some, but that just fine with me.
After carb loading this week in order to prepare for the Half, I'm going back to doing clean eating. However, I'm going to enjoy myself during Thanksgiving with my family.
Here's my plan for November. I will commit to not eat or drink the following:
No Diet Soda
No Fast Food
No White Bread/Flour
No White Sugar and High Fructose Sugar
No Store Bought Juice
No Artificial Sweeteners
Any Packaged Foods with more than 12 grams of sugar per serving
