I will be honest the last month or two haven't been good. I've had two injuries. The first one stopped me from running and the second one stopped me from walking and doing walking intervals on my treadmill. I also have had some personal stresses that have caused me to resort to food more often than i'd like to admit. I've gone back up in the scale.
I'm trying to not let this get me down though and i am trying to get back on track. I've decided to unfreeze my gym membership and start biking, swimming and using the elliptical if it doesn't bother me as well. And of course weights too of some kind not sure what yet.
Winter is the WORST time to swim in Minnesota because it's pretty cold and snowy a lot. But i really have no choice if i want to workout still because i can't use my treadmill to much right now because of pain in my foot. I love swimming but i wanted to wait until spring but my body had other plans i guess.
So back to the gym i go. :)
