Dreary day dreary weather.

I really dislike winter and cold I am not a Bear but in the cold winter months i tend to stay inside and hibernate just like a bear. I tend to love to bake alot in the cold seasons and this is hazardous to my waistline. I am gonna have a drastically hard time bith this season. with trying to watch my food intake. so I have devised a plan to make use of my talents and use the recipes on here to the fullest of my abilities. I am gonna make healthy foods. I just still have to stick to my controls and watch very carefully what I eat. all I can do is ask for all the inspiration you all can give me. Thanks and Happy Holidays.

It was a wet and grey day here today. It always makes me want to hibernate but of course I have to eat plenty of food before I do so! Today I watched DVD's and cuddled with my cats.

Your recognize the challenge with the up coming season. It is great that you are making plans to deal with it I picked up apple drops this afternoon and will be making applesauce and freezing it. Tonight I am baking squash and will freeze a bunch of that also. Using the oven will make the house nice and toasty. emoticon

It's been cold, windy, gloomy and rainy here too. I would love to go to the gym, but have 4 kids at home so that can't happen over the weekends. It's hard when your week is so productive and the weekends are so low-key. What I do over the weekend to stay on track (food-wise) is to stick with Slim-Fast and Lean Cuisines, or Smart Ones.

That sounds like a great plan! Learning to cook good healthy food is a wonderful long term adventure. Wishing you well!
