November Goals In a Nutshell ....

I enjoy reading my Spark friends goals for the new month and thought I would put my 2 cents in.



First I would like to share that a couple of weeks ago I noticed some of my pants were 'snug' shall we say? ......... emoticon Therefore, I applied a very simple but effective strategy. It may have been 'tacky' but I put post-it notes with one word on them: PANTS ....... in focal points where I would see daily. emoticon
Every time I saw the friendly reminder ....... emoticon ... It would encourage me in a number of ways like:



Regardless of the sea of Halloween candies, cookies, cupcakes galore at work, I remained steadfast and determined I was not going to partake and get the wheel of appetite turning! ...... emoticon I am also watching the salt shaker!

Without going full bore......... I sailed through with flying colors, lost over two pounds, am wearing the pants again comfortably ........... emoticon but resolved to continue to use 'tacky' little reminders on occasion that may change from day to day ......... And of course, continue to eat many of these fresh bounties Mother Earth has provided in abundance .......... emoticon

I think it is fun sharing our goals with one another and 'keeping in touch' as to how we are doing ......... I would love to hear as I know we all have vital tips to share ....
