I'd like to think of this week as "practice".
Yep, another week without a loss or gain. I started off well enough, but I think the midweek homemade hamburger and macaroni salad, as good as they were, threw me off track.
I only got to the gym 3 times this week, as opposed to the 5 times last week. But I don't want to feel like I "have" to get to the gym to make this work. Sometimes I am too busy to make it to the gym and so I need to do a better job of watching where my calories are coming from and keeping an eye on the sodium intake. Of course, if I were a little less busy I could probably get more things done and have more time for the gym and possibly other activities, but alas I am much too busy at this point in my life.
To make things a tad more realistic, go ahead and replace the word "busy" in the previous paragraph with the word "lazy". Yeah, that makes it seem more honest.
So here's this week's numbers, I've gone ahead and done this in the accepted English language and numerical system, just to make it easier for everyone :)

Lost : 0.0
Total : 106.6
So there you have it, another mediocre week. I was however able to not eat any Halloween candy, until Friday evening when I had a couple of mini packs of M&M's. So I did pretty good on that front.
