The Big Picture in My Mind!!

Saturday, November 02, 2013

The big picture I have in my mind is of a healthy me. Not a skinny me nor even what most would call a 'slim' me. If I were to get 'slim' I would certainly not look healthy. Nor would I be healthy. This goal is what I continue to work toward because I would like to be around to enjoy my children, my grand children and my great grand children. And with ill health, which being over weight tends to cause, this could possibly not be what is ahead. But like any journey that we take, I need to enjoy the trip, learn as I go and not take too many side trips. Those 'side trips' are the killers!!

It is so much easier to move forward when the goal is framed as "healthy". Keep on working wards good health.
