Right knee still an issue. Walk did feel good, none-the-less.

I'm getting more sleep, but still not as much as I need. While the discomfort in the thighs is much less, it's still enough, along with prostate and back issues that make getting back to sleep an issue. On the good side, the night sweats seem to have subsided a bit.

    I was able to walk today with less pain. I used the new shoe inserts which seem to help some. I am sleeping great on most nights but my hubby is having problems. It used to be the opposite.

    With the cooler weather, nights sweats might help the house be warmer
