Today's challenge is to push the intensity of my cardio workout.
It's also my daughter & my birthday today!
PS We had a wonderful time & picked fish tacos for dinner & turned down the free fried ice cream dessert. Fabulous! I also pushed for 6 miles instead of my usual 5 today with my cardio. Got in 11 flights of stairs and an upper body workout at the gym. I'm pooped!
