Well, the week has come to an end and I am right where I was last week at this time weightwise. Not an encouraging thing, but this is also the first week I really worked on making sure I exercised like I should and stayed within my calorie limits. I have cut back on eating out with hubby considerably. Course watching our pennies better helps with that bad habit! As a result, I have been making more SP recipes-they have some awesome ones! Today I hope to make their Baked Potato Soup. Our mini-challenge in the Daisies was to eat 3 meals a day. No problem there. My stomach won't let me skip meals! Some meals are obviously more constructed than others, but I eat at least something 3 three times a day. I don't usually have snacks, unless they are fruit and some tea or coffee. I look forward to this next week, sticking with my exercise plan, and getting more of my projects done here at home! The winds are here, which means more leaves, so outside work might happen, too! Yee-ha! Love that blustery fall weather-not!!!! But I do enjoy the beautiful colors and the sunny days, so I can't complain too much!!! Here comes the weekend, so I better go and get moving!!!!!!
