Week 2 - Day 13 - Sleep

OMG I slept so well last night! Yay! Sleep is something I've always struggled with. I like to stay up late. I like to get up early. I don't usually sleep a lot. Five hours a night on average. Sometimes on weekends I will sleep 10 or 12 hours and feel like crap because I've slept too much. Other times I only get 2 or 3 hours and feel like crap because I haven't slept enough. I can function and feel okay on 5 hours, but I function and feel fabulous when I get 7 or 8.
Eight hours last night, baby!
I am functioning and fabulous!
In other updates, my 10 minutes per day exercising streak continues. I walked 2 KM on the treadmill yesterday, 20 minutes.
I was on track to have eaten within my range but after I did the exercise my ranges changed and I was supposed to eat more, so I came in just under on calories and protein again. I'm not sure what to think of that actually. Do I really need to eat more if I've only done a mere 20 minutes of exercise and I'm not hungry?
