#Fit2Feast challenge

As long as I'm doing the Pile On The Miles November challenge, I might as well do the Sparkpeople Fit2Feast challenge too.

Some people will definitely be offended by part of the challenge post, but it's just the Gibbs' style slap on the back of the head that I need:

"Sure, you might have to compromise your diet plan and exercise routine a bit during the holidays, but that doesn't mean you have to careen off a cliff into a two-month pie binge. If you put in just a little effort, your journey to a healthier lifestyle isn't doomed!"
