Gosh, I've sure not posted in a while. Had a couple weeks of great healthy living, then I got a cold and an ear infection and totally wasn't feeling it any more.
I'm on the mend now, and after two days of hogging down Halloween candy like a goofball, I'm ready to:
1. Pack it away in an inconspicuous place
2. Remind myself that it belongs to my children, and it doesn't matter if they won't notice a piece missing here and there
3. Dust off the treadmill
4. Get back to swinging the kettlebell
5. Spend more time here, sparking, than on Facebook!
No Halloween candy
